1. Login to FastGem (Front End) 
  2. Click on the 'Submissions' or 'Leads' tab (These may be named something else, like "Customers," or "People," and/or be located somewhere else within the menu, depending on your instance). 
  3. Find the customer/lead whose data you need to edit (Rebecca Smith used as an example). Click on the "Edit" (pen and paper) icon beside their name. 
  4. Change whatever submission information you need to change, and then, click on "Save" or "Save and Close." 

NOTE: Unless given special permissions, you cannot edit/change the rep assigned to a customer/person record in front-end after the record has been saved. For information on how to re-assign a rep to a person record, please see help article "Changing Assigned Rep to Sale/Order."
