To access your sales list, click on 'Sales' from the main menu (NOTE: This may be named something different or be located in a different place depending on your instance's customization. If you are having trouble locating your installations list, please contact a supervisor or FastGem Support).

From your Sales page, you can click on the customer's/lead's name to view their record, click directly on their phone number to call them, change their status if necessary, review what packages the customer is signed up for, add a note to the customer/lead record for the quality control department, chat with the technician assigned to each work order, review the customer/lead action logs, and add photos.
