Problem: Submitted/signed customer form not appearing in front end FastGem.
Solution 1: Check the Post-To location of the form.
Login to the admin pages (back end) of your instance. Click on Form Management.
Choose the form you are troubleshooting from the list, then click on 'Form Properties' within the Form Record. Click on 'Post To Location (Silent Post)' on the left side of the screen. Check that there is a URL in the 'Post to URL' box, and make sure that it is pointing to the correct instance (demo, fg, etc.). In addition, make sure the URL ends with 'processCustomerVerification'.
Solution 2: Check the Authorization key of the form.
Login to the admin pages (back end) of your instance. Click on Config, then click the 'Integration' tab. Find the 'Auth key' on this page and copy it:
Next, from the main Admin (back end) menu, go to Form Management. choose the form you are troubleshooting from the list, then click on 'Form Properties' within the Form Record. Click on 'Post To Location (Silent Post)' on the left side of the screen. Under the 'Advanced Parameters' section, paste the 'Auth key' you copied from the Integration tab into the Authorization text box:
