Login to Admin FastGem (Back end).

Go to Config>SMS.

In both the field labeled 'SMS reply email (if issue)' and the field 'Email to send notifications to where an account is not found or response not recognized when replying to text', input the email of someone in your company whom you want to get these alerts (the same email address in both fields). 

Next, scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the Template section:

 

Use the green button to add a new template, the red button to delete a template, and the blue button to rearrange the templates as they will appear in the dropdown list (front end).
